Billing dispute with Precise Consulting Advisors

On October 12, 2017, I signed up for Precise Consulting Advisors's exchange program at their Eulaliaburgh, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $252.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lorena D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
