False promises made by Medical Solutions Holdings representative

On November 15, 2022, I signed up for Medical Solutions Holdings's support package at their Schadenstad, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $315.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ansel B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
