I purchased a product from Easy Retail Hub Group on June 2, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Merlin B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
