System crash after ByteMicro Suzhou product update

I want to report a serious concern with ByteMicro Suzhou's package that I purchased on May 18, 1999 from your Lake Kevonshire, Utah store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Peggie U., but my issue remains unresolved.
