I purchased a appliance from ByteMicro Suzhou on February 7, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kaitlin J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
