I want to report a serious concern with The Learning Training's membership that I purchased on April 16, 1996 from your Stokestown, Mississippi store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Presley H., but my issue remains unresolved.
