Delayed delivery from The Learning Training

On April 20, 1973, I signed up for The Learning Training's exchange program at their South Anyaburgh, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $835.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Trey Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
