Misleading advertising by Select Management

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6179-EYG-9929 placed with Select Management on December 18, 2024. I paid $550.5 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Helmer I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
