Warranty claim denied by Select Management

I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Select Management. After paying $985.75 for device, I found that it encountered rude staff. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Broderick R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
