I want to report a serious concern with Select Management's gadget that I purchased on September 19, 1996 from your East Rosendofort, Texas store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Britney H., but my issue remains unresolved.
