Misleading advertising by Homes of Select

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9043-UYX-8495 placed with Homes of Select on March 15, 1993. I paid $967.64 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vicenta J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
