I want to report a serious concern with Homes of Select's tool that I purchased on September 30, 1999 from your Lake Carissa, New Jersey store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Margaret U., but my issue remains unresolved.
