Quality issues with Quality Contractors Builders Inc. product

On April 14, 1983, I signed up for Quality Contractors Builders Inc.'s repair service at their South Travis, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $356.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Joseph M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
