I am writing regarding order #ORD-5567-GJO-7939 placed with TechNano on June 2, 2011. I paid $796.77 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Abner X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
