I want to report a serious concern with Advocate & Consultants LLC's subscription that I purchased on August 10, 1978 from your New Dorian, Michigan store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Waino A., but my issue remains unresolved.
