Unresolved issue with Solicitor Group Holdings product

On April 30, 1995, I signed up for Solicitor Group Holdings's maintenance program at their Kuvalistown, Maine location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $316.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Celestine C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
