I am writing regarding order #ORD-3345-TIB-5195 placed with Gastro & Kitchens Dijon on March 10, 2018. I paid $348.27 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ricardo S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
