I have been a loyal customer of Legal & Partners Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-3285-FNZ-8323) on February 13, 1992, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
