Hidden fees discovered from Royal Advisors Teresina International

On September 28, 2001, I signed up for Royal Advisors Teresina International's support package at their North Hulda, Montana location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $243.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cleo X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
