I have been a loyal customer of Mind Training for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-1876-YUI-2328) on December 2, 2004, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
