Unresolved issue with Dining Foods product

I want to report a serious concern with Dining Foods's package that I purchased on March 5, 1997 from your Othachester, Oklahoma store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jaeden Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
