False promises made by Dining Foods representative

I want to report a serious concern with Dining Foods's subscription that I purchased on February 13, 1983 from your Rippinbury, Idaho store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Una E., but my issue remains unresolved.
