Unresolved issue with Select Fare product

On October 18, 2017, I signed up for Select Fare's consultation at their Port Michele, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $154.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Genevieve V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
