I purchased a subscription from Select Fare on October 21, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alexandra M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
