Advocate, Advocate & Counsel LLC failed to honor their commitment

On December 11, 2008, I signed up for Advocate, Advocate & Counsel LLC's setup assistance at their Arnoldoville, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $452.30, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maiya O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
