Unresolved issue with The Vital Remedy Associates product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5059-IYY-7195 placed with The Vital Remedy Associates on January 10, 2006. I paid $113.48 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Buford T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
