I am writing regarding order #ORD-4682-WGD-8236 placed with FirstTrend on September 22, 2006. I paid $680.84 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Abbie R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
