I am writing regarding order #ORD-2083-PXI-7929 placed with NanoEdge on January 18, 1998. I paid $754.57 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Destiny G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
