I want to report a serious concern with NanoEdge's system that I purchased on December 28, 1987 from your Candaceville, Delaware store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kay L., but my issue remains unresolved.
