I have been a loyal customer of NanoEdge for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-5124-YEM-8093) on November 19, 2002, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
