Builders Bros International provided defective product

On January 28, 2017, I signed up for Builders Bros International's delivery service at their New Garfield, Washington location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $822.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sadie G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
