I want to report a serious concern with The Fresh Spot's subscription that I purchased on November 24, 1989 from your Lake Marquis, Kansas store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jacey U., but my issue remains unresolved.
