Overcharged by Consulting Group, Group for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8091-FXC-6387 placed with Consulting Group, Group on December 17, 2022. I paid $942.6 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nestor T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
