I have been a loyal customer of Advance Advancement University for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-1964-YFH-5013) on January 1, 1999, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
