Poor customer service experience with The Select Cuisine

I purchased a solution from The Select Cuisine on July 2, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Camden O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
