I purchased a appliance from Fusion Studios on July 14, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lupe Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
