Prescription errors by The Modern Vitality Hospital pharmacy

On February 28, 1992, I signed up for The Modern Vitality Hospital's delivery service at their East Imeldashire, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $408.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hazle Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
