Frustrated with The Well Care Partners's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6682-RZD-6247 placed with The Well Care Partners on August 4, 2001. I paid $589.51 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Roxanne H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
