I purchased a appliance from Premium Alliance on January 11, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Concepcion Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
