I want to report a serious concern with SmartWave Enterprises's system that I purchased on February 26, 2006 from your New Sherwoodhaven, New Jersey store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eunice K., but my issue remains unresolved.
