I purchased a solution from Advanced Solutions Holdings on September 12, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kenna V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
