I want to report a serious concern with Classic Community Group's subscription that I purchased on March 27, 2009 from your New Artmouth, Vermont store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Nicole Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
