I have been a loyal customer of Select Habitat Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-6733-CXQ-5130) on March 12, 2005, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
