Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of EdgeMeta Sapporo for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-9599-SSL-8847) on October 12, 1998, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
