Hidden fees discovered from DevMicro

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7591-XFA-1973 placed with DevMicro on May 14, 2010. I paid $781.18 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Onie W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
