Hidden fees discovered from DevMicro

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2814-DZS-6652 placed with DevMicro on November 24, 2013. I paid $673.44 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lilyan U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
