Delayed delivery from DevMicro

On November 21, 1978, I signed up for DevMicro's troubleshooting service at their Edisonburgh, Florida location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $667.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Deanna M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
