Quality issues with Quality Development & Sons product

On December 22, 1980, I signed up for Quality Development & Sons's support package at their West Minervaberg, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $463.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, D'angelo Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
