I want to report a serious concern with Value Finds Bochum's package that I purchased on January 27, 1975 from your North Eloise, Nevada store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cesar Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
