Warranty claim denied by Value Finds Bochum

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4871-LNH-5298 placed with Value Finds Bochum on May 2, 2002. I paid $650.31 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marcelino M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
